How does it work ?

NEOCASH is a prepaid card for :

Pay at more than 30 million stores worldwide, online or by phone,

Withdraw cash in more than one million MasterCard® affiliated ATMs in over 210 countries,

Transfer money from card to card to your friends or to your family around the world.

NEOCASH, how does it work ?

You buy a NEOCASH card from a retailer or online.
When purchasing, the card is empty and not activated.

  1. Sign your card on the back.
  2. Activate, reload your card and receive your PIN code

To activate and reload your card by text message :

Send "RECH", space, the code of a Neosurf or Neocash reload, space, and then the last 8 digits of your Neocash card by SMS at +33 (0) 6 69 25 25 25.
(Example: "RECH 1234567890 12345678").

Neosurf or Neocash loading codes are on sale at retailers (Tobacco / Press).

At this point you can reload once up to 250 €.

To receive your PIN code :

Register on our website or call our customer department on 0 825 567 109 (0.15/mn) to identify yourself. You will receive your PIN code via SMS and will be able to charge up to € 1,000 on your card.

To activate, reload your card and receive your PIN code over the Internet :

  1. Fill out the form to open an account,
  2. In the Tab"Reload" enter your reload code of Neosurf or Neocash purchased from a retailer. You can also reload by credit card or bank transfer.

    Your card is now activated and credited with the amount of your reload. You'll receive your PIN code by mail or text message. You can now reload up to € 1,000 on your card, pay in shops ...

    To permanently activate your card and reload over € 1000:

    Send us a copy or scan in color :

        Your identity card or passport valid,

        Proof of residence in the European Union dated within three months.

    - For download at Neocash after identification.

    Your card will be freely reloadable !

    To transfer money from card to card.

    You have completed these steps, you can use your MasterCard ® card Neocash for your withdrawals and payments online, by phone, with over 30 million merchants worldwide, and for the transfer from card to card in the worldwide
